For the first time see these magnificent moving, breathing, animatronic mammals of the
Ice Age displayed in their natural environments. The Wooly Mammoth, Saber Tooth Cat,
Mastodon, and Cave Bear are sure to excite the imaginations of kids of all ages. With the
inaugural launch in Peoria, IL.
Unlike many museum exhibits and touring shows, Discover The Ice Age, is a unique
event that brings together both educational and fun activities for kids and families. Kids
can be a paleontologist and dig for fossils, feel the difference between Mammoth &
Mastodon teeth, or actually ride the back of the huge cave bear. Kids are encouraged to
get up close and touch some of the mammals on display. This is the cornerstone of
Discover The Ice Age.
Exhibit Only admission*- includes the Ice Age Exhibit, Mammoth Dig, Cave Bear Den,
Discover the Ice Age Theater, Coloring area, and Scavenger Hunt. Exhibit Only tickets are only available at the door. Gem & Fossil Mining, and Face Painting
are available for additional charge.
Exhibit Plus admission*- includes the Ice Age Exhibit, plus unlimited Ice Age
Mammal Rides, Mini Golf, and Inflatables.
Due to the volume of guests, morning and late day are best times to visit the exhibit to avoid crowds.
