The Bradley men’s and women’s basketball teams will take their talents to the Peoria RiverFront for an evening of free entertainment and team interaction with the Peoria community during the inaugural Bradley Basketball Red-White River Jam on Friday, October 17th from 5:30pm-9:30pm.
While the men’s and women’s student-athletes will showcase their basketball talents in 3-point shooting, 2-ball, and dunk contests on the circle drive at the base of Main Street, the family-friendly festival will include face painting, inflatables, autograph stations and photo opportunities with Kaboom! throughout Festival Park, as well as a live performance on the CEFCU Center Stage @ The Landing by 90’s Daughter, voted “Best Band” in Champaign-Urbana by Buzz Magazine. Fourth-year Bradley men’s basketball coach Geno Ford and third-year women’s basketball head coach Michael Brooks both will address the crowd prior to the performance by 90’s Daughter.
In addition to the free entertainment and interaction activities, local food and beverage vendors will be serving visitors in the parking area adjacent to the Gateway Building throughout the evening.
