The 17th Annual Central Illinois Black Expo is a multicultural family event with fun activities for the entire family. The Expo will be held Saturday, September 14, 2013 from 11am – 7pm in Exhibit Halls B & C. This event is being held in conjunction with Worldfest 2013 and Youth Doing the Right Thing in Exhibit Hall D. Parking and admission are free for both events.
This year’s Expo will feature the popular "Back to School Hair Cut-A-Thon" with FREE haircuts for the kids; exhibitors from around the state; various food items; a Teen Summit Breakfast from 9am – 11am; a “Future CEO and Business Owners” area with children ages 6 – 14 selling various products; a Health & Wellness Fair with free screenings and important health information; a College Fair with schools from around the country; an Expo version of the popular game show, “The Price Is Right”; Tera’s Kids Korner featuring Games, Crafts, and prizes; a Wii Sports Tournament, informative business workshops; an Expo version of the Gong Show, and much much more.
