According to the Associated Press, The City Council of Green Bay, WI on Tuesday night voted unanimously to rename a downtown street "Donald Driver Way." The wide receiver retired last month after spending 14 seasons with the Green Bay Packers.
While in his entire 14 seasons with the Packers, Driver was a 4-time Pro Bowler ('02, '06, '07,'10), Super Bowl XLV Champion ('11), and Green Bay Packers MVP ('02). The Houston, TX native who was a 7th Round draft pick from Alcorn State in 1999, also caught 743 passes for 10,137 yards and 61 receiving touchdowns as a Packer.
