Peoria CityLink will offer free rides to veterans on Friday, November 11, 2016 in honor of Veterans Day.

According to ridecitylink.org, customers are asked to present valid veteran identification or a CityLink half-fare ID to the bus operator upon boarding the bus.

Since November 2012, CityLink has offered half-fares to veterans.

CityLink encourages veterans to visit the Special Services office on the second level of the Transit Center to apply for a CityLink half-fare identification card.
