Gas prices in the Peoria area fell .08 cents per gallon in the past week, now averaging $2.60 per gallon.

According to gasbuddy.com and cinewsnow.com, the national average that has fallen .09 cents per gallon in the last week to $2.76 per gallon.

Gas prices this past weekend were .85 cents per gallon lower than the same day one year ago in 2014 and are .13 cents per gallon lower than this time last month.
