Patriotic Smoothie

Wow, what a fun way to show your patriotic spirit by enjoying this refreshing, yet healthy summer smoothie!

For this recipe you will need:

1/2 large banana (cut and frozen)

2 large fresh strawberries (rinsed and sliced)

1/4 cup of blueberries

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt

2 ice cubes

Combine all of these ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and enjoy.
