WVEL Travel Scene: Macomb Heritage Days

The 33rd Annual Macomb Heritage Days Festival begins on Thursday, June 26th and will conclude on Sunday, June 29th. 

Heritage Days kicks off "Opening Night" on Thursday with music from the Macomb Municipal Band, carnival rides, and the "Little Miss and Master Pageant;" On Friday, the festival events include carnival rides, music & entertainment, a flower show, an MHS (Macomb High School) all Class Reunion (including Adair-Bardolph & Western), and a walking tour. On Parade Day Saturday, events will include a library book sale, the John Bliven's Memorial Run/Samaritan Well, a parade, Classic Car Show, Heritage Days Games, a carnival, a Big Brother/Big Sister Music Trivia Contest, and live entertainment. Concluding Macomb Heritage Days on Gospel Sunday, events will include a Fly-In/Drive-In Pancake Breakfast, Youth For Christ Kid Games, a Duck Race, the Taste Of Macomb, and live entertainment.

In the event of rain, all entertainment will be in the Union Grand ballroom.
