The Peoria Rivermen Alumni Association have scheduled an exhibition game between the Chicago Blackhawks Alumni and the St. Louis Blues Alumni on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at the Peoria Civic Center in Peoria, IL.

The name of thisupcoming sporting event will be called "Skate Strong."  All proceeds of this event will be to benefit the victims of the recent tornadoes here in Central Illinois. Organizers are asking for a $10 donation. 

Alumni from both the Blackhawks and Blues will be on hand and during the game, fans can get player autographs and buy 50/50 tickets.  Immediately following the game teams will also auction player jerseys.

Doors open at 6pm with the face-off at 7pm. The game format will feature two thirty minute periods, with one twenty minute intermission.
