"It's Spring again, everybody knows it's Spring again!"
Rides, games, fun, and food will be featured at the annual East Peoria Festival Of Lights Carnival, in the parking lot of RiverFront Park. This upcoming event is sponsored by the FOLEPI (Festival Of Lights East Peoria Illinois) Foundation. All proceeds from the carnival will be donated to the Nativity Display Association, which erects and maintains the Narrated Nativity display in the Festival of Lights.
The festival will take place beginning Wednesday, May 22nd- Sunday, May 26th at Festival Building parking lot, 2200 East Washington Street.
The carnival hours are as follows:
Wednesday, May 22nd: 5pm-9pm
Thursday, May 23rd: 5pm-9pm
Friday, May 24th: 5pm-10pm
Saturday, May 25th: 1pm-10pm
Sunday, May 26th: 1pm-5pm
Individual ride tickets cost $1.25 each. A family pack of 20 tickets for $20 will be available. All rides take two or more tickets.
Wristband days will be 5pm-9 p.m. May 23rd and 1pm-5 p.m. May 26th. A $20 wristband purchase, per person for each day, will allow unlimited carnival rides during wristband days.
