Luol Deng (Forward) & Joakim Noah (Center) from the Chicago Bulls have been selected to round out the East All-Stars Reserves roster; the 62nd NBA All-Star Game will be played on Sunday, Febuary 17th at the Toyota Center in Houston, TX.
