The Peoria County Animal Protection Services (PCAPS) will be hosting a Howliday Boutique & Open House coming this Saturday, December 8th beginning at 10am and ending at 3pm. The location for this event is 2600 Northeast Perry Avenue in Peoria, IL.

There will be merchandise for sale, refreshments, adoptions, and raffles (gifts for the shelter animals are appreciated as well).
