What's Cookin' in Randy's Kitchen?

 Thirst Quenching Lemonade
Thirst Quenching Lemonade
 
¾ cup of water
2/3 cup of white sugar
4 fl oz lemon juice
1 ¼ cups of ice water
 
In a saucepan, combine ¾ cup water and 2/3 cup sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool (step 1 can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator).
 
In a pitcher, combine syrup, lemon juice and water; stir. Adjust to taste. Pour into a tall glass with ice.
 
Serves 2/ prep time 5 min/ ready in 5 min
 
Serve and enjoy!
