If you happen to be spending the holidays alone, mental health professionals in McLean County, IL want you to know they are here for you.

“Many of us think that the holidays are great and joyous and they are that, but for a lot of people they can also bring a lot of stress,” Behavioral Health Coordinating Council Supervisor Trisha Malott said.

Whether you are dealing with financial stress, social anxiety or more there are a lot of local resources, some of which are open 24/7.
