The Fresh Market grocery store is closing its locations in Peoria and Normal, IL.

According to WEEK-TV, the closures are two of 15 announced nationwide on Monday. In a press release, the company’s CEO said the company is closing underperforming stores as part of a major turnaround effort.

The Normal, IL store, 200 N. Greenbriar, was the first one to open in Central Illinois in 2009. The Peoria, IL location opened in Peoria’s Westlake Shopping Center in 2010. The Toys ‘R Us and Babies ‘R Us in Westlake, have recently closed.

A spokeswoman said there is no set date on when either location will permanently shut their doors. The company was bought out by a private equity firm in 2016, and announced earlier this year no new stores will open the remainder of this year.
